FAQ – Frequently asked questions

Can I order by telephone?: No, unfortunately this is not possible at the moment. We have designed this webshop as easy to handle as possible. We advice you to use our online-help if you are unsure about the procedure. Here you will find everything explained step by step.
Are the meditations available on CD in bookstores?: No, the products in this webshop are digital products. Unfortunately the meditations are not available on CD.
How secure are my account details?: sofortueberweisung.de is one of the safest payment procedure on the internet. Thanks to our secure Online-Banking-Systems (by using PIN and TAN) this offers the highest data protection.
Paypal is an international payment instrument and nothing else then a direct debiting system. You only have to register once, fill in your bank and afterwards we will debit the sum from your bank account. It is also possible to pay by credit card via Papal. Please remember to never give your PayPal password to a third party.
Can I also pay by bank transfer or advance payments?: No, this is not possible at the moment.
Can I change my order retrospectively?: Please check very carefully which product you have chosen before you order. You cannot change the order retrospectively, or extend from a small angel package to the full one.
How long does it take to be able to download the meditations after I have paid?: The meditations will be ready to download the moment you receive our order confirmation via email. This operation usually doesn’t take longer than a few minutes.
Where do I find my orders?: You account contains your complete order history To Login click my account.
How will I find my downloads?: You will find a list of your order history in you account. Please log in via your account. Here you will find a list with all your orders. Click [show download] to find an overview of the meditations. Here you will also find the date to which your downloads will be available.
How does the download of the mediations work?: The procedure is always the same, regardless if you order the Free-Download or one of our angel packages. You will receive an order confirmation via email. Here you will find a link, which will bring you directly to your order overview. Please note that you have to log in with your account details to do so.
How much time do I have to download my meditations?: Your download will be available for 60 days.
What do I do in case of technical difficulties, in case the download gets interrupted?: This is not a problem. You can start each download new up to 5 times. Should there still be any difficulties, please get in touch with our costumer service.
Can I burn the mp3 meditations to a CD?: Yes you can burn the mp3 meditations to a CD or copy them directly to your mp3-player. Please note that some older CD players will not play CD’s with mp3 files. In this case you should convert your meditations into an audio format like .wav.
Do I have to take something into consideration before I listen to the meditations?: It’s best to listen to these meditations in the listed order, for a week each. You don’t have to listen consciously. Its best to listen in your sleep or while deeply relaxed. Your mind will absorb everything it needs to achieve the next layer of consciousness or level of healing. You can also listen to the meditations (softly or loud) while you work or pursue your hobbies if you have them saved on your mp3 player.

Warning: Do not listen to these meditations while driving or operating machinery.
