Focus and Commitment
It is important that you make a commitment to listen daily to one of these Trance meditations. Best is to follow them in sequential order; start with the 1st one and listen to this at least 1 week.
Best time before sleep and 1st thing in the morning. You can fall asleep while listening to these recordings, as they will be absorbed by the subconscious mind, which is always listening. The critical mind is less active when you are asleep or relaxed and you absorb all deeper in your consciousness without resistance. Set your alarm one hour before you will get out of bed and as soon as the alarm goes off, start the recording again and then set the alarm to wake you up one hour later.

If they are put on a very low volume, so that they are almost not audible, they will then have no effect on your reaction speed and you are surrounded by angel energy.
